Welcome to our school

I would like to welcome all of our children and families to Wallands Community Primary School. We have around 350 children on roll, with seventeen classes, including a Nursery and a specialist Speech and Language Center . We are working in partnership with Priory Secondary School also in Lewes. We have a clear vision for our school which unites children, staff, families and governors  and share a determination that all children will achieve the very best that they can through high quality teaching and learning in our welcoming, and inclusive community. We are dedicated to providing exciting and fun learning experiences for all children and we aim to give your child the best possible start to their lifelong learning journey. We are always striving to improve and we recognise that we are all essential partners in making this happen. We hope the website helps to provide you with an overview of what our school offers.  If you would like to find out more about us please do not hesitate to come and visit us, by phoning the school office on 01273 472776 to arrange an appointment.
